Located directly in the center of Orange County, Costa Mesa is close not only to the spectacular coastal beaches, but also South Coast Plaza, University of California Irvine, Orange Coast College and the Fairgrounds.  Adjacent to Triangle Square, our Costa Mesa studio is the largest in Orange County, with three light-filled, airy yoga rooms and a beautiful private Pilates studio. The buildings modern Mediterranean design facilitates natural sunlight, and students often lounge on the outdoor patio surrounded by water fountains and lush foliage.

Our Ashtanga, Kundalini, Candle Flow, YogaWorks Slim, Baby & Me, Prenatal classes are popular with college students, moms, professionals and athletes.  Making the most of our central location, students often ride their bike to class and then off to the beach!
