The studio’s intimate yoga rooms have high ceilings, natural light, and city views.

Students, staff and teachers are on a first name basis here, and we have a diverse clientele including moms, college students, young professionals and seniors.  Our Vinyasa, Prenatal, Postnatal and Gentle Yoga classes are very popular.  We also have specialty offerings like Ishta, Therapeutics and YogaWorks Slim.
