Ulrika Engman has been dancing on the Yoga path for 15 years, leading popular workshops and retreats
worldwide. Certified in Anusara Yoga and the Halprin Life/Art Process, she combines the
transformative power of Yoga with the Expressive Arts into a celebration of the heart. She leads
yoga journeys at the world renowned Esalen Institute in Big Sur and teaches ongoing yoga classes,
teacher training and yoga apprentice programs locally in Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties.
