Stop for a moment. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds around you. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe...7 count inhalation, 7 count exhalation. Drop into your body and connect to the vital energy pulsing through you. Be in gratitude for this moment of cessation from striving and constant input. Rest in the freedom of knowing that what is RIGHT NOW is enough, both in yourself and in all that surrounds you.

Diana began her yogic journey 13 years ago on the beautiful coast of Camden Maine. From there her path took her to Boston and Kripalu where she studied Iyengar, Kripalu, and Power yoga with a host of teachers including Patricia Walden, Barbara Benagh, Baron Baptiste, and Rodney Yee. Her teaching and practice has transformed over the years to an integrated vinyasa flow melding the teachings of her primary teachers Rodney Yee, Sean Corn, and Shiva Rea. Diana also teaches the meditative practice of Yin Yoga with a foundation from the teachings of Paul Grilley and most recently Sarah Powers.

Diana's passion is to create the space for us to experience the vitality and freedom as well as the humility and beauty of our humanity through the movement of our minds and bodies in our yoga practice.

In addition to teaching yoga, Diana works as a corporate facilitator and outdoor educator leading yoga/kayaking - and yoga/skiing retreats...think Baja and Switzerland!:)
