India is a place to expect the unexpected. This mystical country isn't a place you merely 'visit'; a journey to India is inevitably a journey of a lifetime.
Join Erika for nine glorious days of yoga, qigong, meditation and daily massage at an award winning Ayurvedic resort in Kerela, a place that National Geographic magazine listed as "one of the top destinations of a lifetime." Quaint individual cottages are scattered across the lush manicured hillside, many with views overlooking the expansive white sand beach and Indian Ocean. The wonderful hotel staff will prepare fresh and healthy meals for each participant based upon their individual constitution or 'dosha'. Discussions on Ayurveda, Ayurvedic herbs, qigong and yoga will be available for those who are interested. You will return home bright-eyed, recharged and profoundly rejuvenated...join us!
